FOR THE LOVE OF GEORGE – ROBIN NOLAN TRIO

A celebration of the music of George Harrison and The Beatles

If you love the music of George Harrison and The Beatles, this is a show not to be missed.

Internationally acclaimed gypsy jazz guitarist Robin Nolan brings his acclaimed For The Love of George project to the stage, following the release of the album on George Harrison’s own Dark Horse Records.

Inspired by Harrison’s timeless songwriting, spirit of musical exploration and love of Django, the show reimagines Beatles and Harrison classics through Robin’s distinctive gypsy jazz style – combining dazzling guitar playing, infectious swing and unforgettable melodies.

Robin’s connection to George Harrison runs deep. The project was recorded at Friar Park, Harrison’s home, using three of George’s most famous guitars and created with the support of the Harrison family. What began as a unique recording project has become a captivating live show that has delighted sell out audiences across the UK.

Joining Robin are outstanding musicians Chris Quinn and John Wheatcroft, creating a trio renowned for its chemistry, virtuosity and exhilarating live performances.

Whether you’re a lifelong Beatles fan, a Django Reinhardt enthusiast, or simply someone who loves exceptional live music, For The Love of George offers a fresh and inspiring take on some of the most beloved songs ever written.

Expect world-class musicianship, soaring melodies, and a truly memorable evening of live music.

“A fresh and heartfelt celebration of George Harrison’s music, brought to life by one of the world’s leading guitarists.”
